In early trading on Monday, Palantir Technologies saw a notable increase of 4.9%, becoming the best-performing component of the Nasdaq 100 index. Despite this rise, the company has experienced a year-to-date loss of approximately 19.0%.
Conversely, Advanced Micro Devices was the worst performer of the day, declining by 3.9% and reflecting a year-to-date decrease of about 10.1%. Other significant movements included Seagate Technology Holdings, which dropped 3.8%, and CrowdStrike Holdings, which gained 3.3%.
