In early trading on Friday, Honeywell International led the Nasdaq 100 index, rising 7.5%, with a year-to-date gain of 42.2%. In contrast, Intel was the worst performer, down 4.0% but boasting a remarkable year-to-date gain of 192.8%.
Other notable movements included Marvell Technology, which decreased by 3.9%, and Meta Platforms, gaining 5.8% for the day.
