Tesla Leads S&P 500 Gains Despite Yearly Losses
On Monday morning, Tesla shares emerged as the best performer among the S&P 500 index, rising 6.2%. Despite this daily gain, the electric vehicle manufacturer has seen its value decline approximately 34.6% year to date.
In contrast, Super Micro Computer is marking the day’s lowest performance, trading down 2.6%. However, its year-to-date performance shows a positive gain of 34.7%.
Additional notable movements include Lockheed Martin, which is currently trading down 2.5%, and Nucor, up 4.9% on the same day.
