Amgen (NASDAQ:AMGN) reported second-quarter revenue of over $10 billion, marking a 10% increase year-over-year, driven by growth in several key products despite existing competitive pressures. The company elevated its full-year revenue and adjusted earnings outlook, with CEO Bob Bradway noting that 22 products achieved double-digit sales growth.

Key growth contributors included Repatha, which saw a 37% rise in sales to $953 million, and EVENITY, with a 38% increase to $714 million. The rare disease portfolio grew 21% to $1.6 billion, with UPLIZNA revenue climbing 90% to $335 million. In total, Amgen’s six growth drivers accounted for nearly 70% of product sales.

Amgen anticipates full-year 2026 revenue between $38.2 billion and $39.4 billion, alongside projected non-GAAP earnings per share between $22.30 and $23.50. The company plans to implement $2.6 billion in capital expenditures for manufacturing and other projects while also announcing a 6% dividend increase to $2.52 per share.
