Guardian Pharmacy Services (NYSE: GRDN) reported second-quarter revenue of $351.2 million, reflecting a 2% year-over-year increase, while adjusted EBITDA rose 19% to $29.7 million. CEO Fred Burke noted that first-half revenue growth would have been higher without Inflation Reduction Act-related drug pricing reductions.
The company raised its 2026 revenue outlook to between $1.43 billion and $1.45 billion, previously estimated at $1.40 billion to $1.42 billion. Adjusted EBITDA expectations also increased to a range of $129 million to $131 million from $123 million to $127 million.
Guardian served over 210,000 residents at the end of the quarter, marking a high-single-digit percentage rise year-over-year. The company ended the quarter with nearly $90 million in cash, up from about $65 million in the prior quarter.
