ReposiTrak (NYSE: TRAK) reported a 3% increase in fiscal 2026 revenue, totaling $23.3 million, up from $22.6 million in the previous year. The company’s operating margins expanded to approximately 33.7%, an increase from 27.5% a year earlier, as operating expenses decreased by 6% to $15.4 million. Notably, GAAP net income rose 8% to $7.6 million, with diluted earnings per share climbing 13% to $0.39.

In the fourth quarter, revenue declined 3% year-over-year to $5.6 million, attributed to a prior spike in traceability activity ahead of FDA compliance deadlines, now extended to July 20, 2028. Despite the revenue drop, fourth-quarter operating expenses fell 11% to $3.7 million. The company’s effective tax rate for fiscal 2026 was about 21% federally and 3% at the state level, with an increased tax provision of $2 million.

ReposiTrak ended fiscal 2026 with $27.3 million in cash and reported no bank debt. The company repurchased approximately 144,000 common shares for about $1.8 million during the year and aims to return approximately 50% of annual operating cash flow to shareholders. CEO Randy Fields also announced the launch of a new Touchless Merchandising initiative aimed at addressing supply-chain challenges in grocery retail.
