ServiceTitan (NASDAQ: TTAN) reported a 21% revenue growth in its fiscal second quarter of 2027, totaling $292.8 million, along with record free cash flow of $50.5 million—up 47% year over year. Subscription revenue increased to $212.4 million (up 22%), while usage revenue grew to $72.1 million (up 24%). Gross transaction volume reached $26.8 billion, marking a 17% increase, though growth has moderated compared to previous quarters.

The company has shifted focus to its AI-driven Max platform, which saw its number of enrolled locations more than double, from slightly over 100 to an expected over 700 by the end of fiscal 2027. ServiceTitan aims to support this growth by narrowing its expansion plans to existing commercial trades, including plumbing and electrical work, while improving software development through its internal “Software Factory” initiative.

For its fiscal third quarter, ServiceTitan forecasts revenue between $285 million to $287 million and operating income of $29 million to $30 million. The expected impact of its strategic shift towards Max and adjusted billing practices may lead to a $4 million to $5 million hit on near-term revenue. Chief Revenue Officer Ross Biestman is set to depart after the company’s Pantheon event in the fiscal third quarter.
