Among the components of the Russell 3000 index, Exxon Mobil Corp (XOM) experienced significant options trading today with 139,624 contracts exchanged, equating to approximately 14 million underlying shares, which is about 57.4% of its average daily trading volume of 24.3 million shares over the past month. Notably, the $165 strike put option expiring April 2, 2026, saw 16,587 contracts traded, representing roughly 1.7 million underlying shares.

Nuscale Power Corporation (SMR) also reported high trading activity, with 109,764 contracts traded, representing about 11 million underlying shares or 56.4% of its average daily volume of 19.4 million shares. The $11.50 strike call option, expiring April 2, 2026, accounted for 21,936 contracts, translating to approximately 2.2 million underlying shares.

Additionally, Constellation Energy Corp (CEG) recorded 16,099 options contracts traded, approximately 1.6 million underlying shares, or 55% of its average daily volume of 2.9 million shares. The $300 strike call option expiring May 15, 2026, saw 1,374 contracts traded, representing about 137,400 underlying shares.
