Ittycheria previously served as MongoDB’s President and CEO from 2014 to 2025, during which the company increased its annual revenue from approximately $35 million to over $2.3 billion. The Board has begun a search for a permanent CEO and has engaged an executive search firm for this process.

Despite the leadership change, MongoDB reaffirms its financial outlook for Q3 and the full fiscal year 2027, as provided on September 1, 2026.
