Linde plc reported third-quarter 2025 adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $4.21, exceeding the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $4.18 and increasing from $3.94 in the same quarter last year. Total revenues for the quarter reached $8,615 million, surpassing the consensus estimate of $8,601 million and rising from $8,356 million a year ago.
The Americas segment’s operating profit grew 4% year-over-year to $1,199 million, while the EMEA segment profit rose approximately 11% to $781 million, both exceeding their respective consensus estimates. The APAC segment, however, reported a decline in profit from $497 million to $490 million. Linde’s project backlog stood at $10 billion, with capital expenditures totaling $1.28 billion for the quarter.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, Linde estimates adjusted EPS between $4.10 and $4.20, and the full-year EPS to range from $16.35 to $16.45.
