Zhengye Biotechnology (ZYBT), a company dedicated to creating vaccines for livestock, has filed for a proposed $20M US IPO.

The company’s SEC filing did not specify any terms, but it signaled its intention to raise approximately $20M. US Tiger Securities is in the role of bookrunner, and the company aims to list its ordinary shares on Nasdaq under the symbol ZYBT.

Incorporated in the Cayman Islands, Zhengye primarily operates through a subsidiary in China. The company focuses on developing and marketing veterinary vaccines for swine, goats, sheep, cattle, poultry, and dogs. Its products are distributed in countries including China, Egypt, Vietnam, and Pakistan.
