JPMorgan Chase Leads Dow Advances, While Sherwin-Williams Declines
In early trading on Friday, JPMorgan Chase stood out as a top performer among the Dow Jones Industrial Average components, increasing by 2.4%. Despite this uptick, the bank’s year-to-date performance reflects a decline of approximately 3.0% in its overall value.
Current Underperformers
On the other hand, Sherwin-Williams represented the worst performer among the Dow components, with shares trading down 1.6%. Year to date, Sherwin-Williams has seen a decline of about 4.5%.
Other Notable Movements
Further movements within the Dow included Boeing, which was trading down 1.4%, while NVIDIA experienced an increase of 1.5% for the day.
