Aquarius Engines Moves Forward with New Goals and Investments
TEL AVIV, Israel

/PRNewswire/ — Aquarius Engines AQUA
Dear Shareholders,
We appreciate your continued support for our vision of a cleaner world and innovative technology.
In December 2024, we made significant changes to our management team. Alongside our teams in Japan, Germany, Poland, and Israel, we undertook an organizational and financial restructuring. As part of this effort, we secured an investment agreement aimed at raising approximately $10 million. We are also pursuing additional fundraising to strengthen our operational plans. Moreover, we have started to adjust our financial reporting, selected a legal team, and begun preparations for listing on Nasdaq.
All these initiatives aim to support our goal of launching the Aquarius Generator within this year.
The Aquarius Generator measures 1.2 meters long and 0.8 meters wide, fitting the dimensions of a euro pallet. It operates on LPG and is expected to run on CNG and hydrogen soon. The unit offers 150 kW of power while being significantly smaller than competing models. Additionally, its modular design allows for connecting multiple units to enhance capacity, complete with remote monitoring capabilities.
Our technological development has been a decade in the making, supported by extensive research, over $120 million in investments, and numerous engineering hours, resulting in dozens of registered patents.
This year, we plan to showcase our first generators through demonstrations and trials with major global clients. Initially powered by LPG, these systems will also explore future adaptations for CNG and hydrogen usage. Their compact size and light weight make them ideal for deployment in challenging environments like airports, parking lots, ports, and data centers, which are our initial target markets.
The first units will focus on the electric vehicle charging market, including installations for a large car rental company with a million-plus fleet, as well as at the Port of Long Beach for energizing cranes and transport vehicles.
Initially, we had developed a generator featuring a linear engine (16 kW) targeted for the telecom sector’s 5G needs. Unfortunately, factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic and rising interest rates affected deployment schedules, and we shifted focus to meet the demand for higher power capacities, thus delaying transitions to greener fuels. Currently, we prioritize markets with strong and immediate demand.
While we continue to explore additional markets such as light aviation engines and marine charging systems, our primary focus remains on successfully producing and deploying the 150 kW Aquarius Generator.
We are committed to fulfilling the goals we’ve outlined and deeply value the trust you, our shareholders, have in us. Your support matters greatly, especially during these challenging times, and we appreciate it.
As the CEO, I am wholly invested in ensuring our success and delivering value to our investors.
It is crucial to recognize that our growth and execution of strategy depend on successful fundraising, which remains uncertain. The forecasts and plans presented—like securing the $10 million investment, additional fundraising, and the Nasdaq listing—are forward-looking statements under Israeli Securities Law, 1968. These depend on variables beyond our control and may yield different outcomes than expected.
Sincerely,
Gal Fridman
Founder and CEO
