Meta Platforms reported a 27% year-over-year increase in Family of Apps ad revenues, reaching $59.4 billion in Q2 2026. The rise was boosted by a 14% increase in ad impressions and a 12% increase in average ad prices, attributed to enhanced ad performance through its AI-powered recommendation systems.
Meta’s deployment of advanced AI models, including the Meta Generative Recommender, resulted in an 8.3% increase in ad clicks and a 15.7% uplift in conversions on Facebook. Over 9 million small businesses utilized Meta’s AI-driven ad tools, contributing to a $75 billion run rate for its Advantage+ AI-powered advertising solutions.
Looking ahead, Meta anticipates Q3 2026 revenues between $61 billion and $64 billion, capitalizing on strong user engagement and an extensive advertiser base as competition from platforms like Reddit and Snap intensifies.
