Meta Platforms Exceeds Q4 Earnings and Revenue Expectations

Meta Platforms (META) reported quarterly earnings of $8.88 per share for the period ending December 2025, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $8.21 per share and marking an increase from $8.02 per share a year earlier. This result reflects an earnings surprise of +8.15% and extends the company’s streak of beating consensus EPS estimates for four consecutive quarters.

The company also recorded revenues of $59.89 billion for the same quarter, exceeding the consensus estimate by 2.22% and showing a significant rise from $48.39 billion in the previous year. Shares of Meta Platforms have appreciated approximately 2% year-to-date, compared to the S&P 500’s increase of 1.9%.

Looking ahead, the consensus EPS estimate for the upcoming quarter is $6.65, with projected revenues of $51.38 billion. For the current fiscal year, expectations stand at $30.27 EPS on $235.98 billion in revenues.
