Meta Platforms, Inc. Reports Decline in Q2 Earnings

Meta Platforms, Inc. (META) reported a second-quarter profit of $15.848 billion, or $6.18 per share, a decline from $18.337 billion, or $7.14 per share, during the same period last year. Despite the drop in profit, the company’s revenue increased by 28% to $60.801 billion, up from $47.516 billion last year.

For the upcoming quarter, Meta anticipates revenue between $61 billion and $64 billion.
