**Meta Stock Rises as AI Agent Muse Gains Traction**
Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: META) saw its stock surge by 11.4% on Monday, closing significantly higher after Wells Fargo analysts raised its price target from $640 to $796, driven by positive reception for its AI personal agent, Muse. Muse, launched only two weeks ago, quickly reached the top spot on Apple’s App Store and recorded 600,000 downloads within its first five days.
With this gain, Meta’s stock has increased by 21% since the Muse launch. Analysts anticipate a revenue growth of 26.5% this year, reaching $254.1 billion, which does not yet factor in the potential impact of Muse on sales. Currently, Meta trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of 25, still below the S&P 500, indicating room for further growth as the demand for AI technologies rises.
