Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) reported fiscal Q4 2025 earnings of $3.95 per share, surpassing estimates by 8.96% and increasing 23.7% year-over-year. Revenues reached $76.44 billion, up 18.1% year-over-year, also exceeding expectations by 3.7%.
The company experienced significant growth in its Azure cloud services, with commercial bookings exceeding $100 billion for the first time, marking a 37% increase. Microsoft Cloud revenues were $46.7 billion, growing 27% year-over-year.
Operating income rose to $34.3 billion, an increase of 22.9%, while the gross margin stood at 69%. As of June 30, 2025, Microsoft reported $94.56 billion in cash and short-term investments.
