In trading on Wednesday, the VanEck Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF rose by approximately 2.9%, outperforming other ETFs. Notable performers within this ETF included Sigma Lithium, which increased by 6.5%, and Sociedad Quimica Y Minera, up by 5.1%.
Conversely, the VanEck Semiconductor ETF fell by about 2.9% in the same session. Key underperformers were Broadcom, down 5.2%, and ASML Holding, which decreased by 4.4%.
