SPDR S&P Oil & Gas ETF Soars While VanEck Semiconductor ETF Declines

In trading on Wednesday, the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF is leading the market, with an increase of approximately 3.3%. Notable strong performers within this ETF include PBF Energy, which has risen by about 7.5%, and Vital Energy, which is up around 7.3% for the day.

Conversely, the VanEck Semiconductor ETF is lagging behind, showing a decrease of about 3.5% in Wednesday afternoon trading. Significant declines within this ETF include shares of Nvidia, down by approximately 6.5%, and Advanced Micro Devices, which has fallen by around 5.9%.
