Insider Buying Activity on June 15: ECL and DBGI Insights

Bargain hunters are advised to consider recent insider buying activities as a potential indicator of future stock performance. On Wednesday, Michel D. Doukeris, CEO of Ecolab, purchased 7,750 shares of ECL at $258.00 each, totaling a $2 million investment. As of now, Doukeris is up approximately 5% based on the day’s trading high of $270.95, with Ecolab seeing a 1.9% increase on Monday.

In a separate instance, John Hilburn Davis IV, CEO of Digital Brands Group, acquired 618,333 shares at $1.13 each, amounting to $698,716. This follows a previous purchase of 49,096 shares at $0.70. Currently, Digital Brands Group shares are down about 8.5% on Monday, trading as low as $0.83, representing a 26.5% discount compared to Davis IV’s latest purchase price.
