In trading on Monday, oil and gas exploration and production shares rose by approximately 2.9%. Notably, Comstock Resources experienced a significant increase of about 12%, while PrimeEnergy Resources was up by around 10.9%.
Oil and gas refining and marketing stocks also saw gains, climbing about 2.5% as a group. Comstock led this segment as well, with a remarkable rise of 34.3%, followed by OPAL Fuels, which increased by 5.1%.
