In early trading on Thursday, shares of Meta Platforms surged by 7.7%, making it the top performer in the Nasdaq 100 index. Year-to-date, Meta has recorded a 9.1% gain. Conversely, Atlassian saw a significant decline, dropping 13.3% for the day and approximately 28.0% year-to-date.
Additionally, Microsoft shares fell by 10.1%, while Diamondback Energy gained 4.8% during the session.
