In early trading on Thursday, shares of Broadcom increased by 5.2%, making it the best performer in the Nasdaq 100 index. Despite this uptick, Broadcom’s year-to-date performance shows a decline of approximately 6.4%.
Conversely, Qualcomm was the worst performer on the day, trading down 8.7% and reflecting a year-to-date loss of about 20.5%. Additional notable movements included Strategy, which decreased by 6.1%, and Netflix, which rose by 3.2%.
