Nvidia and ServiceNow Lead in AI Infrastructure and Enterprise Software
Nvidia, holding 86% of the AI data center processor market, reported a 20% increase in sales to $68 billion in Q4, with an earnings per share rise of 82% to $1.62. Despite these strong results, Nvidia’s shares have dipped 12% over the past five months, offering a comparatively low forward price-to-earnings ratio of 21.5.
ServiceNow, used by over 85% of Fortune 500 companies, achieved nearly 21% sales growth to $3.6 billion and a 31% rise in earnings per share to $0.92. The company is integrating AI features into its workflow automation platform, indicating a robust growth trajectory despite concerns over software obsolescence.
