Navitas Semiconductor (NVTS) is accelerating the adoption of its gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) technologies through strategic partnerships across various sectors, including AI data centers and electric vehicles. In June 2023, Navitas partnered with BrightLoop to develop hydrogen fuel-cell chargers for heavy-duty agricultural equipment, utilizing Navitas’ Gen 3 ‘Fast’ (G3F) SiC MOSFETs.

In May 2023, Navitas collaborated with NVIDIA (NVDA) to support NVIDIA’s new 800V high-voltage DC architecture aimed at enhancing power efficiency in AI data centers. This initiative promises to improve power efficiency by up to 5% and lower maintenance costs by 70%. Navitas has also partnered with GigaDevice to establish a laboratory for integrating GaNFast ICs with advanced microcontrollers, and with Great Wall Power to launch a 2.5kW DC-DC converter for AI data centers.

As of now, Navitas shares have increased by 72.3% year-to-date, outperforming the industry and S&P 500 growth rates of 14.8% and 6.3%, respectively. However, the stock trades at a forward price-to-sales ratio of 14.5X, significantly above the industry average of 7.5X.
