Nasdaq, Inc. (NDAQ) has completed its acquisition of Dasseti, an AI-driven due diligence platform for institutional investors, asset managers, and consultants. The acquisition, initially announced in July 2026, was finalized on September 2, 2026, although financial terms were not disclosed. This move enhances Nasdaq’s capabilities in institutional investment technology and provides access to Dasseti’s network of approximately 17,000 asset managers managing $34 trillion in assets under management (AUM).
Through this integration, Nasdaq aims to incorporate Dasseti’s tools into its eVestment platform, broadening its functions beyond manager research into ongoing due diligence and monitoring. This strategy is expected to strengthen Nasdaq’s data and technology offerings and create opportunities for cross-selling additional technology and data solutions.
NDAQ’s stock has seen a 2% increase over the past year, outperforming its industry, while consensus EPS estimates for 2026 and 2027 indicate an upward trend, with recent increases of 4.8% and 5.6% respectively.
