Nutex Health Settles Debt

Nutex Health Inc (NASDAQ:NUTX) announced on Tuesday that it has successfully paid off the remaining outstanding balance of $2.7 million under the Pre-Paid Advance Agreement, resolving it in full. This settlement was made in lieu of potential future stock issuances at the discretion of Yorkville Advisors.

Financial Position Strengthens

The company expects this strategic move to alleviate the recent downward pressure on its share price and fortify Nutex Health’s financial position.

Hospital Closures

  • Nutex Health Inc has taken the decision to close two underperforming hospitals: SE Texas ER & Hospital in Humble (Houston), Texas, and Coppell ER in Coppell (Dallas), Texas. The company anticipates that the combined annual cash flow savings from the closure of both facilities will be about $5 million.
