Nvidia Surpasses $4.5 Trillion Market Cap
Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) has become the world’s most valuable company, reaching a market capitalization of $4.5 trillion as of October 2023. This significant growth from approximately $345 billion in November 2022 coincided with the boom in generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
Analysts project that Nvidia’s data center revenue could soar to between $320 billion and $330 billion by 2026, as the company’s order backlog has reportedly reached around $500 billion. Nvidia is set to capture over 60% of the capital expenditure within major tech infrastructure, supported by recent deals, including a $38 billion agreement with OpenAI and a $20 billion licensing deal with startup Groq.
If Nvidia continues on this trajectory, its valuation could range from $7 trillion to $9 trillion by the end of 2026, translating to an expected stock price of approximately $330 per share, reflecting over a 70% potential upside from current levels.
