Nvidia’s Multibillion-Dollar AI Deal with Amazon
Nvidia announced a significant deal with Amazon’s AWS to provide 1 million GPUs for AI inference operations, potentially worth over $50 billion by the end of 2027. The financial implications suggest this deal could account for 25% of Nvidia’s projected annual revenue for 2025. In addition, Nvidia is resuming the manufacturing of its H200 chip, expected to generate around $32 billion in annual revenue from Chinese data center sales not previously included in forecasts.
Overall, these developments could add at least $82 billion in new revenue, bringing Nvidia’s total expected revenue to approximately $160 billion for 2025. The latest projections indicate that this figure exceeds Nvidia’s previous expectations and positions the company for significant growth in the AI sector.
