Nvidia’s GTC 2026 (GPU Technology Conference) will take place from March 16-19, 2026, at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California, expecting approximately 39,000 attendees from 190 countries. The event will feature over 700 workshops, nearly 400 exhibitors, and more than 70 hands-on training labs.
CEO Jensen Huang will deliver the keynote address on March 16 at 11 a.m. PT at the SAP Center, which will last two hours and will be livestreamed on Nvidia’s investor relations website. In addition to the keynote, Huang will moderate a panel on March 18 focused on open-source versus closed-source AI models.
Historically, Nvidia’s past three GTC events yielded stock gains, with increases of 7.4% in 2024 following the event. In comparison, the S&P 500 rose only 2.4% during that same period. However, market conditions may present challenges this year, amid external factors like the Iran war and rising oil prices.
