Oracle Corporation (ORCL) has announced the general availability of its Exadata Database Service on Exascale Infrastructure via Oracle AI Database@AWS, enhancing its collaborative effort with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This offering is now active in 22 AWS regions worldwide, a significant increase from just two as of July 2025. The expansion aligns with Oracle’s multicloud strategy, enabling enterprises, including CJ Olive Young and Kobalt Music Group, to utilize AI-driven database infrastructure for critical operations.

In fiscal Q4 2026, Oracle reported record revenues of $19.2 billion, a 21% increase year over year, with cloud revenues growing 47% to $9.9 billion. The Cloud Infrastructure sector saw a 93% revenue surge to $5.8 billion. Remaining Performance Obligations, which indicate future business, stood at $638 billion, up 363% compared to the previous year. For fiscal 2027, Oracle projects total revenues of $90 billion and non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) of $8.05.

Oracle’s approach sets it apart from competitors such as Microsoft and Alphabet by integrating its database technology into rival cloud infrastructures rather than maintaining a self-contained system. In the past six months, Oracle’s stock has declined by 2.5%, contrasting with a 22.8% increase in the Zacks Computer and Technology sector.
