Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation Elects New Directors at Annual Meeting
VANCOUVER, BC, Feb. 14, 2025 /CNW/ – Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation OCG OCGSF MRG (“Outcrop Silver”) announced the successful election of directors during its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders. The five nominees proposed by management were elected to serve until the next annual meeting or until their successors are appointed. The new directors include Ian Harris, CEO; Jay Sujir, Chair; Kevin Nishi, Chair of the Audit Committee; Joseph Hebert, and Ana Milena Vásquez.
Mr. Ian Slater chose not to seek re-election and will no longer serve as a director, effective today. He will be succeeded as Chair by Jay Sujir. Despite his departure from the board, Mr. Slater will remain with Outcrop Silver as a special advisor.
