Palantir and Nvidia Partner to Offer AI Data Centers

Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ: PLTR) and Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) announced a partnership on Thursday to create turnkey AI data centers focused on sovereign AI, where nations develop and maintain control of their own artificial intelligence systems. The collaboration combines Nvidia’s advanced hardware, including its Blackwell Ultra system with eight GPUs, and Palantir’s comprehensive software suite, which includes Foundry and Apollo, intended to serve as a robust infrastructure for AI deployment.

The market for sovereign AI is projected to grow from approximately $150 billion in 2025 to as much as $600 billion by 2030, according to McKinsey & Company. In their fiscal fourth quarter of 2026, Nvidia reported a record revenue of $68 billion, up 73% year-over-year, while Palantir’s revenue increased by 70% to $1.4 billion in the same period. This partnership positions both companies as significant players in the accelerating AI landscape.
