Recent 13F Filers Holding XLE While Sykon Capital, Mirae Asset Global Investments, and Corient IA Step Back

At the end of the second quarter of 2026, a significant shift was observed in the holdings of the Select Sector SPDR Trust – State Street Energy Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLE). According to the latest 13F filings, 17 hedge funds reported their positions in XLE, with an aggregate reduction of 1,480,844 shares, translating to a market value decrease of approximately $108.2 million since the first quarter.

Notably, funds collectively reduced their holdings from 139,341,334 shares down to 22,243,158 shares, representing a decrease of around 84.04%. Seven funds increased their positions, while nine reduced theirs, with Sykon Capital LLC, Mirae Asset Global Investments Co. Ltd., and Corient IA LP fully exiting their positions in XLE as of June 30, 2026.
