Serve Robotics (SERV) has launched Maggie, a conversational AI-powered robot, at NVIDIA GTC 2026, advancing from traditional delivery mechanisms into interactive robotics. This innovation utilizes T-Mobile’s 5G Advanced and edge computing to facilitate real-time human interaction.

As of the end of 2025, Serve Robotics deployed 2,000 robots across 20 cities, leading to Q4 revenues of $0.9 million—a 400% year-over-year increase. The company’s delivery success rate stands at 99.8%, and the average number of daily active robots escalated from 52 in 2024 to 273 in 2025. Despite these gains, the company is still facing challenges with negative EBITDA and significant R&D expenses.

Serv Robotics remains competitive against major players like Amazon (AMZN) and DoorDash (DASH), who are also scaling their automation technologies. SERV shares have risen 37.4% in the past year but are trading at a forward price-to-sales (P/S) ratio of 15.47, above the industry average of 12.4.
