SpaceX IPO Predictions Soar

Billionaire investment manager Ron Baron predicts that SpaceX could reach a valuation of $30 trillion within the next 10 to 20 years, a staggering increase from its estimated IPO valuation of $1.75 trillion. For context, the current market cap of industry leader Nvidia is around $5 trillion, and reaching Baron’s forecast would require SpaceX to achieve average annual stock gains exceeding 20% over the next 14 years.

SpaceX’s revenue potential spans several high-growth sectors, including satellite-based broadband service Starlink, which currently serves 10.3 million subscribers. This market could eventually exceed $1 trillion. The global space-launch services market is also projected to grow to over $30 billion by 2035. Meanwhile, the artificial intelligence data center sector could reach nearly $200 billion by 2035, suggesting that SpaceX’s total long-term growth opportunity exceeds $28 trillion.
