Increased ETF Inflows Lead to Notable Market Activity This Week
In the latest analysis of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) at ETF Channel, the Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares (SOXL) reported the most significant inflow over the past week. The fund saw an addition of 52,950,000 units, marking a 14.9% increase compared to the previous week. During morning trading today, notable components of SOXL included Advanced Micro Devices, which rose approximately 2%, and Analog Devices, showing an increase of around 1.4%.
On a percentage change basis, the Infrastructure Capital Bond Income ETF (BNDS) experienced the most substantial inflow, with an addition of 50,000 units, resulting in a remarkable 40.0% increase in outstanding units. In the same morning trading session, the Spdr Bloomberg High Yield Bond ETF increased by about 0.3%, while the Ishares Iboxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond ETF also gained around 0.3%.
