The Amplify Digital Payments ETF (IPAY) experienced unusually high trading volume on Wednesday, with over 113,000 shares traded compared to an average of 31,000 over the past three months. The ETF’s shares fell approximately 3.7% during the trading session.
Key components of the ETF included PayPal Holdings, down about 4% with over 4.1 million shares exchanged, and Toast, which declined about 4.2% with more than 3.6 million shares traded. In contrast, Stoneco saw a smaller decline of about 1.2%, while NCR Voyix fell significantly by approximately 9.3%.
