Shares of SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (SEDG) fell during Wednesday’s session after Barclays downgraded the stock from Equal-Weight to Underweight and lowered its price target from $74 to $50.

SolarEdge Technologies shares declined 5.4% to $68.91 on Wednesday.

  • Fisker Inc. (FSR) fell 11.8% to $0.8519. TD Cowen analyst Jeffrey Osborne downgraded Fisker from Outperform to Market Perform and lowered the price target from $11 to $1.
  • Richtech Robotics Inc. (RR) fell 11.7% to $6.59.
  • LendingTree, Inc. (TREE) shares tumbled 10.5% to $25.39.
  • Nukkleus Inc. (NUKK) fell 9.3% to $1.36. Nukkleus signed MOU to increase holdings in Jacobi Asset Management.
  • Compass, Inc. (COMP) declined 8.8% to $2.9350.
  • Tellurian Inc. (TELL) fell 8.6% to $0.6126.
  • American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AXL) fell 8.1% to $7.34 after UBS downgraded the stock from Neutral to Sell and lowered its price target from $8 to $6.5.
  • Definitive Healthcare Corp. (DH) tumbled 8.1% to $8.45. Definitive Healthcare named Jason Krantz as Interim CEO, succeeding Robert Musslewhite.
  • 10x Genomics, Inc. (TXG) fell 7.8% to $41.04.
  • Esperion Therapeutics, Inc. (ESPR) dipped 6.9% to $2.6150.
  • HDFC Bank Limited (HDB) fell 6.8% to $56.99.
  • MINISO Group Holding Limited (MNSO) fell 6.8% to $21.00. MINISO shifted fiscal year end to Dec. 31 from June 30 for enhanced financial alignment.
  • DigitalOcean Holdings, Inc. (DOCN) declined 5.8% to $32.94. DigitalOcean named Paddy Srinivasan as Chief Executive Officer.
