SoundHound AI announced a partnership with Associated Carrier Group (ACG) on October 2, 2023, to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 telecom operators with its next-generation agentic AI platform. This partnership marks SoundHound as the first provider to offer a complete AI solution to ACG members, targeting the telecom sector’s rising customer service costs and high call volumes.
The agentic AI system improves first-call resolution rates and reduces operating costs by deploying intelligent agents capable of resolving customer issues end-to-end. In 2025, SoundHound reported nearly 100% revenue growth, driven by increasing demand for AI-driven customer engagement and a significant number of enterprise deals.
SoundHound shares have decreased by 42.9% in the past three months, while the telecom industry’s decline stood at 20.3%. The company’s forward price-to-sales (P/S) ratio is currently 11.3, slightly below the industry average of 12.01. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for SoundHound’s 2026 loss per share remains unchanged at 9 cents, improving from a loss of 13 cents the previous year.
