SpaceX’s Potential Growth Amidst Market Optimism
Multiple Wall Street analysts are optimistic about SpaceX’s future, with projections suggesting the company’s market cap could surpass Nvidia’s $4.7 trillion. Arete analyst Andrew Beale set a price target of $401 for SpaceX by the end of next year, implying a market cap of $5.3 trillion. Oppenheimer’s Tim Horan predicts a valuation of $10 trillion within five years, driven primarily by the growth of Starlink, which has increased its customer base from 9 million to 12 million in just over a year.
Despite this optimism, SpaceX is not yet profitable, having reported a net loss of $4.9 billion last year and a valuation nearly six times its revenue of $18.7 billion in 2025. In contrast, Nvidia generated $215.9 billion in revenue during the same fiscal period, emphasizing a significant financial gap between the two companies.
