The acclaimed, second-largest gold entity worldwide plans to delve deeper into the region, following the resounding success of its operations at the Kibali gold mine in northeastern DRC. Remarkably, the mine produced 343,000 ounces of gold in 2023, constituting a sizeable 8.5% of the company’s total output for the year.
