Amazon, Taiwan Semiconductor, and Broadcom Approach $3 Trillion Valuation

Amazon, with a market cap of $2.5 trillion, and Taiwan Semiconductor (TSMC) at $2.1 trillion are both on track to potentially reach a $3 trillion valuation by 2027. Broadcom trails with a market cap of $1.8 trillion but is also eyeing significant growth in its AI chip business.

This year, Amazon plans to invest approximately $200 billion in data centers to meet growing AI computing demand through its Amazon Web Services (AWS) division. Meanwhile, TSMC expects 42% revenue growth this year, while Broadcom anticipates 66% growth, positioning all three companies favorably in the AI sector. Analysts suggest that TSMC may reach the $3 trillion mark first, though Amazon’s new investments in AI capacity could accelerate its growth.
