Investing in the Next Wave of AI Innovation: The Race to Artificial General Intelligence

Editor’s Note: Colleague Eric Fry has been guiding his members on the journey into the “Race to AGI” for several months, achieving substantial profits like approximately 150% gains on both HP and SQ calls, 100% gains on INTC calls, 330% partial gains on GLW calls, and around 100% gains on both AMZN and GOOGL stock.

However, the impressive stock returns from these pioneers of the AI “superhighway” might be nearing their peak. As the AI Revolution picks up speed, it’s not AI that will take over, but the businesses that harness its potential. Today, Eric will share insights on the companies poised to be the next big AI stock winners.

Eric, along with our colleague Luke Lango, has curated a portfolio of top-performing stocks in the AI sector. We recently discussed our findings during a broadcast that you can catch up on here.

Hello, Reader.

1 part 1940s Manhattan Project

1 part 1960s Space Race

These elements define today’s global race to lead in AI technology.

The AI race resembles the Manhattan Project due to its high stakes and competition to develop influential technologies. It also mirrors the Space Race, focusing on conquering a vast and uncharted frontier.

The implications are tremendous. AI can reshape our world positively or negatively, making it crucial for the U.S. to actively pursue its mastery over AI capabilities before others do.

Success in this venture belongs to advanced AI technology known as artificial general intelligence, or AGI. This next step in AI will not just replicate human skills but potentially exceed them.

When AGI is achieved, it could operate independently, crafting its own set of goals and methods. With this power, AI systems might code themselves or instruct each other on various tasks, leading to groundbreaking innovations and, hopefully, a “golden age” of development.

However, such advancements could also open the door to new forms of warfare.

Given the vast potential of AGI for beneficial and harmful outcomes, the U.S. is setting its sights on winning the AI race.

Investing in this technological competition is tricky and may not be straightforward.

Today, I’ll detail how the U.S. aims to come out on top—and how you can be a part of that success.

Preparing for the Future

The journey to AGI presents significant technological challenges and immense costs. Leading innovators may need support from the U.S. government, just as was the case during both the Manhattan and Space races.

Unfortunately, as AI technologies advance, the expenses to develop and operate them will rise.

Speed remains crucial in this race. The new administration is positioned to remove barriers hindering progress toward groundbreaking AGI development.

We can expect many existing regulations to be reformed to facilitate quicker processes for building data centers, upgrading electrical infrastructure, and enhancing zoning laws—all necessary for tech giants to accelerate their AGI initiatives.

Recently, Donald Trump stated…

Any person or company investing $1 billion or more in the United States of America will receive fully expedited approvals and permits, including all environmental clearances… GET READY TO ROCK!!!

In addition to fast-tracking investments, the U.S. government might offer tax incentives, grants, and other support to encourage development.

This major push toward AGI could mobilize trillions in private and public funding. However, investing in this vast undertaking might be more complicated than it appears.

Capitalizing on the AGI Movement

Although the exact nature of AGI remains uncertain, one thing is clear: positioning yourself in the top AI companies is essential for benefiting from its evolution.

My InvestorPlace colleagues, Louis Navellier and Luke Lango, and I have been spotlighting stocks likely to gain from the pursuit of AGI.

Interestingly, these companies are not necessarily leading in creating AI technology. Rather, they are utilizing AI within their offerings.

We refer to these entities as the AI Appliers.

With the AI Revolution in full swing, businesses that successfully integrate AI will thrive. The Internet Revolution showed us that winners like Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) and Meta Platforms Inc. (META) didn’t build the web; they mastered its application in various sectors.

In a similar vein, we anticipate the most significant AI Revolution successes will come from those companies forging new paths on the AI superhighway.

The AGI race is underway, and finding the right plays in the stock market is more crucial than ever.

To explore our selected AI stocks, I encourage you to watch our special AI Day One broadcast.
