Nvidia Reports Record Revenue Driven by Data Centers
Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) announced record fiscal 2026 revenue of $215.9 billion, with a net income of $120.1 billion and free cash flow of $96.6 billion during its earnings call on February 25. The company’s data-center segment accounted for 89.7% of total revenue, highlighting its critical role in Nvidia’s performance, while other segments like gaming and AI personal computing had minimal impact.
The recently launched Rubin product line targets “agentic AI,” which focuses on enterprise applications such as customer service and coding assistance. Nvidia is also expanding its physical AI initiatives, which generated over $6 billion in fiscal 2026. As self-driving robotaxi services scale up, Nvidia estimates a future market worth hundreds of billions of dollars, dependent on its computing power.
