Core Insights on $4 Trillion Companies
As of now, only three companies—Nvidia, Apple, and Alphabet—hold a valuation of $4 trillion. Analysts predict that by 2028, Microsoft, Amazon, and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSMC) could also join this elite club. Currently, Microsoft is valued at $3.6 trillion, Amazon at $2.8 trillion, and TSMC at $2.2 trillion.
Microsoft may re-enter the $4 trillion club by the end of 2026 if its market cap increases by 23%, potentially achieving a valuation of $4.38 trillion. Amazon, trading at 21 times forward earnings, could reach $4.05 trillion through a 44% growth in its valuation. Meanwhile, TSMC needs to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 28% to attain a $4 trillion valuation by 2028, driven by projected revenue growth of 43% this year and 34% next year.
