Major Companies Declare Increased Quarterly Dividends for 2025
Equity Residential announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a quarterly dividend on the Company’s common shares. For the first quarter, the dividend is set at $0.6925 per share, payable on April 17, 2025, to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2025. This annualized dividend totals $2.77 per share, reflecting a 2.6% increase from the 2024 dividend.
Colgate-Palmolive followed suit by increasing its quarterly common stock cash dividend to $0.52 per share, up from $0.50. This increase will take effect in the second quarter of 2025. The second quarter dividend is scheduled for May 15, 2025, with shareholders of record as of April 17, 2025. The new annual dividend rate will now stand at $2.08 per share, compared to the previous amount of $2.00. Notably, the Company has consistently paid dividends without interruption since 1895.
The Mosaic Company also made an announcement today, declaring a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share on its common stock. This dividend will be distributed on June 19, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 5, 2025.
Lennox International approved a quarterly cash dividend of $1.15 per share, which will be payable on May 15, 2025, to stockholders of record as of April 30, 2025.
Additionally, Lamb Weston Holdings declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share. This dividend is set to be paid on May 30, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 2, 2025.
