**Nvidia and CoreWeave Partnership: Financial Insights**
CoreWeave, a provider in the neocloud space, has gained significant traction with a backlog of over $99 billion in contracts, largely attributed to its partnership with Nvidia. The company reported nearly $2.1 billion in revenue for Q1 2026, marking a 112% increase year-over-year, despite a net loss of $740 million compared to $315 million the previous year. CoreWeave’s debt levels approached $25 billion against a book value of $4.8 billion, raising concerns about future cash needs amid a slowing growth rate.
In a notable move, Nvidia has also partnered with Nokia to embed its ARC-Pro processors into Nokia’s 5G equipment, enhancing AI capabilities in telecom networks. While Nokia’s Q1 revenue was €4.5 billion ($5.1 billion), up just 2% year-over-year, its stock has surged approximately 170% over the last year, fueled by speculation about its role in AI and telecom advancements.
