MiNK Therapeutics, Inc. (INKT) is advancing its lead product candidate, agenT-797, in a randomized phase II clinical study for patients with severe pneumonia and acute hypoxemic respiratory failure, with the first patient dosed in May 2026 and preliminary data expected in the second half of that year. This therapy aims to address severe respiratory conditions and has shown promise in reducing inflammation and reprogramming immune responses.
AgenT-797 is also being explored in oncology, demonstrating durable responses in heavily treated patients with multiple solid tumors, such as gastric and renal cancers. It is currently undergoing an investigator-sponsored phase II study in combination with immunotherapies for advanced cancers, alongside a phase I study for preventing graft-versus-host disease in high-risk hematologic malignancy patients.
Year-to-date, MiNK Therapeutics shares have decreased by 0.5% compared to the industry’s growth of 1.9%. Loss per share estimates for 2026 have improved from $3.27 to $2.75 in the last 60 days.
